Spatchcock is a method of roasting poultry where you remove the backbone so it roasts flat. The result is not only 30% less cooking time but a very moist meat!

Here is a plant-forward recipe for macaroni and cheese. The sauce is made from butternut squash, and all of the cheddar cheese is melted on top. Enjoy!

Here is a fun project with the new McCormick Cholula Hot Sauces. We employed our Phase One Arca Swiss F Line technical camera to put everything in sharp focus with vivid colors and then fine-tuned and color-matched in Adobe Photoshop.
