It was a treat to photograph the exciting Menu Masters Cooking Collaboration by Nations Restaurant News at the Culinary Institute of America's Copia campus in Napa, CA. Ventura Foods presented a nice donation to their students and four teams of winning chefs each designed 2 appetizers that will be served at the National Restaurant Show in Chicago. The CIA at Copia, in partnership with Napa Valley Film Festival, hosted a VIP dinner with screening and Q&A in celebration of Netflix’s new eight-part series, Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend, featuring legendary chefs Dominique Crenn, Marcus Samuelsson, Ming Tsai, and Gabriela Cámara, with hosts Alton Brown and Kristen Kish.

There are so many wonderful discoveries at Kendal Jackson winery from organic farming, to farm to table events, and sustainability methods. The wine of course is always memorable here! Shooting on assignment for the CIA’s new Wine Masters Degree program.
