Working with grass-fed beef is always a delight. It is more sustainable and nutritious but it is also more lean. We have a lot of fun pairing herbs, garlic, seasonings, and vegetables when styling the meat. But the best part is when we get to design recipes and photograph them.

This is a new condiment for MisoHeat and while it might seem easy to shoot a bottle hot, the challenge is the making the beautiful foil title light up while keeping the sauce true to color. We are so happy to watch them grow!
