Popsicle

The Popsicle was invented by an 11-year-old boy, Frank Epperstein, who was living in the Bay Area. He left a sugary drink out on a freezing porch with a stick in it. The next morning, the delicious frozen treat we have all grown to love was born. Although he first called it the Epsicle, he later patented it as the Popsicle.

Globally, the ice pop market is almost $5 billion, and it is still growing!
