What to Ship for a Product Shoot, and How to Join Live on Zoom

You do not need to be in the studio to get a great product shoot. Ship us the product, send a short brief, and join the shoot live on Zoom from your office or kitchen, wherever you are. You see each setup as it happens and can approve it on the spot.

What to ship

  • Plenty of product. Send more than you think you need: at least two or three of each flavor, size, and variant, plus extras in case a pack is dented, scuffed, or has a crooked label.

  • Retail-ready packs. Ship the packaging as it will be sold, with clean labels, intact seals and no tape marks.

  • The contents. For food and drink, send enough product to prepare, plate, or pour for the lifestyle shots, plus anything that needs to stay with it, like sauces, toppings, or mix-ins.

  • Props that belong to the brand. Branded bowls, glasses, utensils, scoops, or merchandise, if you want them in the picture.

  • Fresh or perishable items. Tell us ahead of time so we can plan the timing and packing. Frozen and refrigerated products need a delivery date that matches the shoot.

  • Anything unusual. Samples with special finishes (foil, metallic ink, or clear film), or very tall or very small packs, so we can plan the lighting.

What to send with it

  1. A list of every product and variant with its GTIN.

  2. Your brand guidelines and any inspiration images.

  3. The retailer or marketplace specs you need to meet.

  4. Claims and words that must be readable on the pack.

  5. Your preferred contact for questions during the shoot.

How the live Zoom works

On the day of your shoot, we send a link and set up a camera on the shooting table. You watch the setup come together, and we pause after each key shot so you can approve it, ask for a change, or suggest another angle. If you have a team, they can join too.

You do not need to stay for the whole day. Many brands join for the first hour to approve the look, and again at the end to review the final selects.

Why it works

  • No travel for you or your team.

  • Approvals happen while the product is still on set, so you avoid surprise reshoots.

  • Anyone on your team, in any time zone, can follow along and weigh in.

  • You get the same results as an in-studio shoot, with the images delivered to your specs.

Shipping from anywhere

We work with brands nationwide, and your product can ship from anywhere. If you are on the other side of the country, ship it in, join us live, and we will send the finished images when we are done.
