Paragraph for EHS Manual

Substance Abuse & Impairment Prevention
To ensure safety within the studio, all individuals must report to work free from impairment related to alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs, or misused prescription medications. Supervisors will use reasonable-suspicion visual assessment to identify potential impairment based on observable behavior, speech, appearance, and motor coordination. If impairment is suspected, the individual may be removed from the work area and an Impairment Observation Form will be completed. The studio reserves the right to implement further evaluation or send an individual home to protect staff, equipment, and property. No discipline is taken solely based on medical need or employee disclosure of treatment, but working while impaired is strictly prohibited.
